By 2023, Fuan synthetic materials has applied for 24 national invention patents, 22 utility model patents and 328 design patents.It involves many key fields such as green synthetic materials and durable leather treatment.
Collaborations
The company has introduced a number of university doctors as R&D consultants, and cooperated with local governments and research institutes to explore the boundaries of ecological synthetic leather in terms of functionality, safety and sustainability.

Company in raw material mixer, calendering, foaming, finishing the core links such as building energy consumption of the whole process of control mechanism, and USES the cooling tower, boiler heat circulation system, effectively reduce the energy consumption and emissions.

The company has passed ISO/TS16949, intellectual property management, 3 c certification, quality system, etc and built "on cloud four-star enterprise of jiangsu province", realized from the raw material into the digital management and traceability of product checking shipment.In addition, we build "double charged with double -" security mechanism and emergency response system for zero safety accidents for many years.

Fuan Synthetic Materials as the domestic synthetic leather backbone enterprises, actively participate in the industry environmental standards and green manufacturing demonstration, products are exported to Europe, America, Japan and South Korea.In the future, we will continue to expand research on low-carbon processes and degradable substrates to help build a green industrial chain.
